Maratt Ltd will develop a seven-storied building with a built-up area of 5 lakh sq. ft. It will generate around 4,200 jobs.

The IT wing of Lulu Group International, Sands Infrabuilds will construct Kerala’s tallest IT building in the second phase of SmartCity Kochi. The 35-storied IT tower, set to be completed in 30 months, will have a built-up area of around 1.8 million sq ft. The building, coming up in an area of 12.74 acres, will have capacity to house 22,000 employees at a time when completed.
